Drop-in is only for students who have experience in mysore-style classes. Before purchasing, one must be familiar with the Ashtanga sequence and vinyasa.

It's important to note that if a student isn’t knowledgeable about the Ashtanga sequence or practice, the teacher won't be able to provide guidance; no refunds will be given in this case.
