Boonchu Tanti

  

an engineer by education and current profession, has explored various fields of interest while living in United states for 10 years.Boonchu has been into Physical Training since 1995. During which he attained an alternative certificate of Anatomy and Physiology in Florida.He came across Ashtanga while dabbling with different styles of yoga and studied intensely with Kino and Tim since 2007.  Late 2009 he moved back to Bangkok and has been visiting Mysore to practice with Sharath Jois ever since.

His innate humor and talent for sketching led him to create Ashtanga Illustrations and The yoga comics a unique and quirky perspective of Ashtanga making light of the intense practice.

Boonchu was blessed (Authorized level 2)to teach Ashtanga Yoga in 2011.

 

 

Chompreeya Baiphowongse (Aoy)

 

Aoy has started practicing yoga since 2003 and has tried various styles of yoga until she discovered Ashtanga in early 2010. She is a student of Paul Dallaghan and has since continued to visit yearly to attend special advanced training courses on Yoga Philosophy, Pranayama, Anatomy, and Asana with him, Sri O.P. Tiwari, Prof. Nagaraja Rao, and other respectful teachers. Currently, she is working as a financial planning & analysis manager full-time yet continued her passion in yoga and has vast interest in health & wellness areas.

She is also a Certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and offer detox program and health coaching service.

Getting around Central Bangkok could not be faster or easier with Prompong Skytrain Station and the adjacent high-end Emporium Department store 550 metres away, or take a complimentary shuttle. Prompong Station is one stop from Asoke Station adjacent to the Sukhumvit Underground Station. In fact, S31 is within walking distance of the Sukhumvit Underground station.

By car, Sukhumvit Road runs parallel to Rama IV Road and New Petchburi Road which reaches Bangkok's key commercial and trade districts. Rama IV Road is perpendicular to Silom, Sathorn and Wittayu Roads housing large commercial and financial buildings, and embassies.
